Some Quilted Trees.

These are a couple of little wall hanging I have made to use for decoration each Christmas.
I think the first one was made from a magazine pattern. It is embellished quite simply with novelty buttons.
The next was an early effort with hand embroidery and machine stippling.
It is always interesting to look back on early work just to see how you have progressed.

I love the idea of quilted trees. I like lots of christmas trees but in our house we don’t have room for as many as I’d like – this might just be one answer. They are cute cute cute.
They both look great. It’s fun to see progress though isn’t it. Your quilting is wonderful.
