7 Down and ……

I am just starting to make the drunkard’s path blocks for the last border on the red and white quilt. I think I am using about 8 different red fabrics but this is just the tester to make sure the idea is okay. Well, I have made 7 blocks and I have worked out that I will need 176 in total. Only a few to go!

This design looks great. I love the different red patterns. I like to break things down. I would work out how many I could do in 20 mins – I have a short attention span – and then calculate how many sessions I need to do to get them done. 20 mins fits between other activities too.
