Santa Sparkles.

This is another of the items I had on my list to finish when I was recently recuperating. I am pleased to say that it has been done and has even had some sparkles added.
It has been lovely working with the wool felt. It is very soft and so easy to sew.
This project is one of several in a lovely book. Unfortunately I cannot locate it at the moment so can’t give the details. ( I will edit this post when I find it.)
(Okay, found the info. The pattern is Santa’s Tree farm from a book called Quick and Easy Penny Rugs written by Barbie Jo Paquin and published by Leisure Arts.)
I seem to enjoy working with wool felt around Christmas time. Not always a sensible thing to do in our Summer heat.
Good luck with your weekend plans.
It’s beautiful Karen…I luv the tree trunk bucket. It must be looking a lot like Christmas at your house…minus the snow. We are still snow free here in Michigan. Enjoy your day…happy stitching! hugs, Pauline

CUTE!!!! If you keep on posting Christmas projects, you will get me in the mood after all!!!
Hi Karen,
What a super job you’ve done. It is really effective and so pretty to look at. I would be very pleased with myself if I was you. Gorgeous.
Cheers, Anita.
That’s so darn cute. I love wool felt… looks like I will be shopping for another book! LOL!
This is so pretty. I’ve never worked with wool like this. You make it so magical!
It’s so cute!! I’m working on my first wool felt project right now and I’m really enjoying it! My is for Fall – but I love the Christmas theme!
WOW! Your Santa project looks great! Very fun and I can’t imagine getting the stitching to look so perfect!!
This is adorable and your work is so precise and meticulous. I was just thinking how I would have to ask you about the pattern and then you gave us all the info. Thanks so much…could be on my `to do`list!

I love it! So pretty, but I know what you mean – it is hard for me to work with “hot” materials when it is so hot here in the summertime.
