A Merry Banner.

I am determined to keep working on that UFO pile, especially if it is to do with Christmas.
As a result I have completed my MERRY banner, which is a pre-printed pattern from Rosalie Quinlan.
Rosalie had stitched this as a redwork design, but I decided to play with colours.
I think the original design had ric-rac around each part but I chose to use bias binding.
And then, just to keep the Christmas spirit going, I crocheted a stocking.
It is about 14 inches long.
Now I will have to find some goodies to go inside.
Hope you lots of sewing in your weekend.
Wow, I blink, and I have missed more of what you have been up to. I guess I need to spend more quality time blog reading! LOL. This is just adorable Karen. What a fun banner for the holidays!
