A Very Sunny Christmas.

I have had a lovely break spending time away for Christmas with extended family. We hire out Edrom Lodge, near Eden in NSW, for the week over Christmas.

The weather was perfect.

This is one of the beautiful beach walks with a view looking back to the Lodge. The building is hiding in the trees in the middle of the photo.

This is a closer view of it.

And a night view from the lawn out the front.

Before heading there I did finish the last of a couple of knitted gifts – a tiger and a pug.

Over the next few days I plan to pack up all the Christmas decorations and find my sewing room again.

Looking forward to a wonderful New Year.

Gorgeous setting for a wonderful holiday. What cute little guys you have knitted up. I’m sure they found their way to a “grand” who is delighted. Now the chore of packing up the decorations. It is really a chore for me! LOL!

So this is where you were! What a lovely place – must have been so much staying there through the holiday. We’ve never done anything like that, but I’d love to one day!

How absolutely fabulous! I am so jealous. We have had nothing but rain and high winds it’s been awful and still is, it’s blowing a gale and the rain is almost coming down sideways!! Roll on summer. We are still at home I think our holiday away is going to have to wait until Spring now when the weather is better. Hugs xx
