ABOUT
Karen.
Gippsland, on the outskirts of Melbourne, Australia.
For as long as I can remember, I have had an interest in sewing. I thoroughly enjoy patchwork, quilting, embroidery and doll making. Scrapbooking sneaks in there sometimes, too.
I am recently retired and am enjoying spending more time with my family, friends and my crafts.
This site will give me the opportunity to keep a record of the things I love to make.

Pink And Perfect.
Posted on | May 2, 2015 | 17 Comments

We have been a little distracted these last few days due to the arrival of our gorgeous grand daughter. Mum, bub, dad and big brother all doing very well.
Love these little fingers.

We are lucky to now have two in the southern hemisphere and two in the northern hemisphere.
Big smiles everywhere here.
Cheers, Karen

Oh my golly!! That is such happy news. A huge congratulions to you all. I’m always amazed by the beauty of little baby hands too.
Awww! How sweet. I’m expecting a great niece in August. It’s been a long time since we had a little person in our family. Enjoy some snuggles.
Congratulations Karen!! There is nothing sweeter than those wee fingers and toes…enjoy the cuddles! Hugs pauline
Beautiful roses. Those little fingers are absolutely perfect, though. Hard to believe that those same fingers will be pinching and pulling hair in very near future. lol And wait till all four visit in the same coordinates at the same time!
That will get interesting. Ours don’t fight with cousins….they fight over cousins! It’s silly but we’ve had some serious disagreements over who gets to sit next to whom. Interestingly, when the cousins are all together, no one seems to have much interest in the old folks. What’s up with that???
Big congrats to you and your family, how wonderful a little girl xx
congratulations to you all.
wonderful that all are well.
