July Snow Hearts.

Posted on | July 19, 2018 | 7 Comments

I am back from a  wonderful holiday break mostly spent in Germany but with side trips to Salzburg and Amsterdam. I am still adjusting to time zones and have been awake since 4 am. so why not be productive and catch up on a post?

This is a very quick post to share my Snow Hearts. Remember to visit Joan, Shez and Jeanette who are also stitching along. They are all so gorgeous.

Of course this month celebrates July 4th, but I had a little play with our flag instead.

So here is the felt one.

And the fabric background.

Of course a pic with both together.

I am not going to fill my post with holiday snaps ( at least 2,000), but I will add a few observations now and then.

I was impressed with the simplicity of the marking of the Berlin wall throughout the city. If you were not aware you could easily miss it.

Apart from this, one section has been preserved.

I will slowly get back to checking on your posts and making comments. As well as sorting out sleep patterns I am also having trouble with the cold temps after enjoying three weeks of sunshine and warmth.

Cheers, Karen

You’ve been doing some exciting traveling. I was in Berlin years ago when the wall was still separating the city. The Australian flag looks great with your snowmen. Hope your biological clock gets readjusted soon.
