May Hearts And Framed Works.

We are already up to the time that our May hearts due. These are turning into a delightful collection and are a pleasure to make.

All felt for this heart.

Felt on fabric for this one.

These are the patterns for Snow Hearts from Bunny Hill Designs and several of us are making these together.

Visit Joan and Shez and Jeanette to see their gorgeous work. They are all so different every time. I am thoroughly enjoying working with such fun ladies.

In my last post I showed the embroidery I had completed. I can’t believe how quickly my framer works. I was able to pick up my work on Saturday. I am delighted with the finish.

And this is the second one that I had finished last year.

Both are Trish Burr designs and were found in Inspirations magazine.

Now the really hard part – finding a place to hang them!

I do hope all the mums had a great day yesterday.

And I hope everyone enjoys the week ahead.

Cheers, Karen

I love your embroideries, Karen. Beautiful work.

  • Such beautiful embroideries. They look small enough that they will fit in a little wall space just about anywhere. I’d want to put there in a high traffic area where I could see them often. And your snowmen are adorable. I especially love their garlands.

  • Oh my goodness! Delighted? Try thrilled! The perfect finishing touch for your lovely embroideries. You chose exactly the right mats and colors.
I saw once a Christmas tree decorated with small photos that were framed. Each one had a silk ribbon tied with a bow to hide the hanger and add more elegance. Just an idea, do what you want with it. :)
